Bought a unit back in 2018, said the turnover was 2023. Asked again on 2023, said the turn over will be 2026. Already completed the downpayments. But the condo is still not being built. How do we file a case for a refund?
Has anyone here filed for a refund with interest?
Will this ever be built? I want my money back with interest! What a scam!
There were a lot of trees in this block but most of them were removed. I hope they got relocated. Developer moved the target turnover frequently. When we reserved a unit back in 2020, the target was 2024. As of 2023, the target turnover is 2027. I hope they can deliver on 2027.

Did the building of this condo start? LOL
a very nice location for a condo in manila
It looks really good, however there is one major flaw - no balcony, which gives it kinda "cage-like" or hotel room feeling.
