Fantastic community to live in, and special recognition to Nick, my leasing agent. Nick provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was extremely patient, accommodating multiple visits while I evaluated different units, and consistently took the time to answer all of my questions. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and deep knowledge of the property. Shai provided an excellent touring experience from start to finish. She was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the community. The tour was well-organized, informative, and felt personalized rather than rushed. She did a great job clearly explaining floor plans, pricing, and availability, and answered every question with confidence and transparency. I’ve just moved in and had a great experience! I love the community and the apartment. Shai has been really helpful from the moment I entered the leasing office. She has been really patient with my family by showing us all the floor plans we had requested. We also received amazing sign in offers even though it was a short notice to move in. She showed us all the amenities with a lot of patience even though we were kind of late. It was an amazing experience and I am excited of staying here for the next year or so!
Signed my lease after a great tour and couldn't be happier with the experience. Shai made everything feel effortless. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but just overall refreshingly genuine. It's rare to tour a property and leave thinking, "Yeah, that felt right," but that was absolutely the case here. Great surroundings and amenities that offers something for everyone. My wife and I moved in May of 2025 and love our home. The finishes feel more like a high end home and overall is a very quiet environment for apartment living. The amenities make this complex next level plus being in walking distance to The Hub and Chicken and Pickle are a big bonus. What really makes it home though is the management and leasing staff. I toured 2 separate times - once with Nick and again with Ashley. They were both super friendly and really made me fall in love with the property. Ashley even went the extra mile to help me measure the wall space to see how my furniture would fit. The units and the property were absolutely beautiful. Excellent amenities that you won’t find anywhere else. Also I see that they regularly have events and do things with the residents which I absolutely love.
