We just moved in a week ago, and Lily was amazing! She helped us through the whole process, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable.She made moving in so much easier. The apartment is fantastic. Everything is new and clean, the neighbors are quiet, parking is easy, and it feels very safe. I’ll write another review after a while to share how everything is going, but so far we’re really happy!
My boyfriend and I have lived here for a while now, and I genuinely have to give the biggest shoutout to Lily and Patrick. Lily has gone above and beyond for us more times than I can count. It’s so refreshing — and honestly really rare — to have someone in an apartment office who truly cares and follows through every single time. Patrick and Lily are both so attentive, and it shows in the little things they do without being asked. I’ve only been at the Avery for about a month now, but so far so good. The apartments are really nice. They’re well appointed, feel very comfortable and are in a really convenient location. The assistant manager Ana Martinez was really helpful with information about the apartments when I still lived out of state and with helping me make a decision and secure my apartment. She’s been really helpful with questions and concerns I’ve had since I moved in also. I had a few minor maintenance requests at initial move in and Lily made sure those were addressed promptly. Ana has provided excellent service throughout my experience at the apartment complex. She's attentive, follows up promptly, and takes the time to clearly explain everything—from lease details to amenities and procedures. Her professionalism and friendly attitude make the whole process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended!

The Avery is a very nice community. The management team is great! Patrick is the best manager. He always makes himself available and responds to emails and calls right away. The community overall is quiet and family friendly. My kids love the pool. & Oh and the apartments are very up to date. It's a luxury apartment for sure!

Absolutely love the Avery & their leasing team! Anytime I had any concern Miranda is always willing to assist and get things done the right way the FIRST TIME! The love and care put into the community, its amenities, residents nights and dog community it’s prestigious! When I first moved here with my son (a Cane Corso) 🐾 he can can look intimidating, they showed him the same respect and courtesy as any other dog in the community complex. Finding a safe, clean, and homey apartment was not easy for me, but after searching for the right spot, I feel lucky to have found The Avery. The new apartments are comfortable, and the amenities are great. The dog parks are perfect, offering a convenient and well-maintained space for my dog to play. Pool is always clean and a great place to relax. The gym is another highlight-it's well-equipped and never too crowded. The nice bonus is that they have apartments with the backyards too! Overall, The Avery is a welcoming community that truly feels like home.
