I recently stayed at this resort and was thoroughly impressed by how spacious everything is—from the lobby to the rooms and the outdoor areas. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing ambiance. The service was excellent, and the facilities are truly wonderful. I especially enjoyed the two swimming pools, the beautifully landscaped gardens, the restaurant, and the spa. My only minor suggestions for improvement would be regarding the operating hours: I wish breakfast started earlier than 6:30 AM, and it would be great if the spa opened before…
One word, perfect! We had one of our most memorable stay in a hotel of our life. The service is excellent, it worths the price and it’s very calm and peaceful despite the nearby motorway. We really appreciate everything the hotel has to offer especially the swimming pools and the breakfast 😍 Please give our cheerful thanks to all the staff; we will not forget our stay in your hotel!
I had a truly wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Muscat. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of as a guest. During my stay, I experienced some minor discomfort with the bed during the first night. I informed the front desk, and the way the situation was handled exceeded all my expectations. The Duty Manager, Ms. Jessel Joy Tan, responded in a very professional, calm, and caring manner. She kindly offered me a different room with an upgrade. We absolutely loved our stay at the JW Marriott Muscat, Oman. It was exceptional from start to finish.||One of the biggest highlights was breakfast, which is genuinely one of the best we have ever experienced. The variety, quality, and calm atmosphere were outstanding. A particularly special touch was one of the breakfast servers who, after noticing how much I enjoyed it, presented me with a fresh coconut each morning. Fantastic hotel in Muscat. The staff were very friendly without being intrusive. Loved the outdoor area around the pools and since it was December, the weather was perfect. Breakfast spread was massive and delicious and the servers were very attentive. Also loved the guests who were obviously from many different countries and because of the warmth of the place, were very friendly towards each other. Will definitely stay here again if we're back in Muscat. Just a word of feedback though on the housekeeping. Since we stayed there for several nights, hope the room can be cleaned and made up just…
We had an amazing stay at JW Marriott. The facilities are fantastically maintained and very well-run; the swimming pools and the gym are pristine. The breakfast buffet, though repetitive, consisted of very satisfying, high-quality food. The service was exceptional. The staff go all out to make sure you feel welcome and that you have a very pleasant stay. Just note that if you want to book a taxi through the local app (Otaxi), you should set the pick-up point for the front gate of the hotel for lower prices - this is a minute’s walk from the lobby.
A wonderful hotel with an excellent sense of hospitality. It is extremely welcoming for families with young children — our 5-year-old was warmly greeted with balloons and toys, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The hotel offers a spa, hair salon, and a dedicated entertainment room for kids. The restaurant serves a different breakfast every day, which keeps the experience fresh and enjoyable. Even the body cleanser, shampoo, and conditioner have a very refreshing scent. Every detail in this hotel is thoughtfully considered, making your stay truly pleasant.
We had a wonderful experience. The staff were so accommodating, allowing us to use the spa facilities after our morning snorkel on our checkout day. The food was great when we ordered. It was a lovely base with very comfy beds. The only issue was that two of our water bottles were not possible to open. That was just a minor inconvenience.
