Feels like robot building with out human touch...
Huge plaza of business corporate tower blocks. 6&8 is home to Westpac, St George, ABC, many law firms, some accounting firms, LG electronics
I recently had two unpleasant experiences at 8 Parramatta Square while waiting for a family member to finish work. The first time, a security guard named Luke told me to wait in the cafe instead of the lobby. I was simply sitting on my phone, not bothering anyone. I noticed other people, including older ladies, were sitting in the lobby without being approached. This felt discriminatory and made me uncomfortable. I suspect I was singled out because of my race. The second time, another security guard named Ben told me they prefer people not to wait in the lobby. This seems contradictory, as…
This is such an impressive building with spectacular views and art displays. The interior is a sight to see with many comfortable lounges and so classy. The security in this building is exceptional... Many check in desks.. I absolutely love visiting here every two weeks.

I enjoy a sunny fine day, when I am able to watch the chess matches and the table tennis games in close proximity to Parramatta Square. That is usually outside the newly established public library. Visiting the library also adds a new dimension to my experiences. Often I fall asleep reading my book, not for long for I quickly snap out of it. I am not usually in the library for a long time. I am somewhat handicapped in the Square for I often feel the need for a tobacco smoke. Somedays I will have lunch in the Square. I do not like being approached by strangers asking for favours. Hungry Jack was there right next to Parramatta railway closed down in July 2013.
A good office building should be well-located, offer a range of amenities, have a functional and well-lit design that encourages collaboration and productivity, be environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, and be well-maintained to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment for employee. I think this place definitely ticks all the boxes.
Beautiful building architecture and structures just besides Parramatta station. Walkways and pavements provided.
