Great experience, excellent service! Definitely recommending and looking forward to working with you again! Got my refund without a dime deducted as I returned the vehicle in its pristine state as I got it.

I found SwiftFlitz on TikTok and was so happy to message them about my car needs traveling from America to Ghana. Our car worked beautifully and everyday someone from the company reached out to me to check if everything was ok. Good advertisement and good business! Everyone was so friendly and service was a 5 STAR

Patronize this company at your own risk! They would make you pay first. Give you a bad car with empty tank that’s dirty, then not refund your money. They would try to give you a replacement instead. The replacement would also be bad, dirty, with empty tank, with no spare tyre. Then they would claim it’s good and working fine. They will also find every avenue to over bill you more than the initial agreed prices for things like pick up, fuel, delivery or extension. If you refuse to pay the additional prices they over bill, they will get thugs to beat you up, to make you pay, or seize your…

We scheduled a time to meet at the airport and Joyce made sure the driver was on time to deliver the vehicle. Vehicle came well maintained and clean. Both pick up and drop off went very smoothly with no problems. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I will use SwiftFlitz Rental again! Highly recommended.

Excellent! Excellent service. I’m one who requires quality service and this is by far the most reliable and fast service I’ve received of any business in Accra. It all started when a car I rented for some folks back in Ghana failed us ( I mean it is to be expected) last min. I reached to a friend who introduce me swiftflitz. Within 30 mins, they had a driver on the way to pick up my people and take them to Akosombo. This was on a Friday night around 7 pm local time. He took them there came back and picked them up on sunday and was on time. The service, the communication, the trust and…

I have worked with about 6 car rental companies in Accra Ghana which I don’t want to mention names but i must say, Swiftflitz has to be one of the best car rental companies in the world. The workers are extremely friendly and nice I had no issues with the car. Everyone and everything was spot on. Keep it up guys.

This is my second time renting and honestly did not have the best of experience. I asked for the car to be picked up at a particular time just for it to be delayed for hours and having to pay extra for it then to be delivered. Upon arrival the car had no fuel, the AC was not working, the lights were not working properly as well. The car in general was not in the best of conditions. Communicated it openly to the business owner, business owner offered to have the car picked up and repaired. However due to circumstances I still decided to go with the car I just used it way less. Then the day…

My experience with Swiftflitz was great. The people giving you the car and taking it back are really nice.Friendly staff, good mediation, fair prices.tries very hard to organize everything to the satisfaction of their customer..Airport pick up and drop off were smooth. I was particularly impressed by their communication and flexibility through WhatsApp. The car was new and representative friendly, efficient and helpful. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Swiftfliz car rentals. I definitely recommend it!
