The fees here are ridiculous. 180 dollars for using the elevator? Dumb. They have so many little rules it will drive you insane. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE AT ALL COSTS THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS
Nice courtyard in front of the entrance.
Nice condo
Very small condos and some badly configured

who wants to dance with robbers? Then live in union park! Too many stupid rules waiting for u, if u want to pay $200 just for locked the elevator. Welcome to union park! If u want to lose ur package after following the 20000 rules build by manager then live here. They do not care about stinky recycling rooms also garbage tunnels but force on u. Welcome come to the best building 💕
Good location and view. Better than any other condo around this area
Love living in the middle of downtown with so much green space and even wildlife!
Good
