If I could put 0 stars, I would. Management is utterly incompetent. If you want anything done in a timely manner here, please forget it and manage your expectations. My family, who somehow managed 8 months at Westgate House had to continuously suffer bad internal communications and half-assed neglectful service. We had to be in constant contact with the management team due to their inability to fix anything in a timely manner, not to mention that the apartment had multiple issues present when we moved in, many of which were not disclosed to us including a malfunctioning refrigerator which…
Very badly run property with no enforcement of rules. Tenants pay for the use of facilities but a few problematic front desk personnel allows members of the public (their own friends) to use the facilities, which is understandable, but highly annoying when you've booked some of the facilities for your private use as a tenant and a stranger or contractor steps in to invade your personal space in the hours you've blocked out in advance. This review is for Eunice at the Concierge Desk. Eunice is by far the best concierge assistant we've met in the several apartments we've moved and lived in. She is very knowledgeable about everything related to Westgate, always friendly and cheerful, and very proactive in assisting anyone approaching the concierge desk. She is a gem of an employee, Galliard should give her a raise!
Receptionist is extremely rude and not fit for purposes. She lacks everything required to do this job. She is rude, grumpy and have zero communication skills. I had a terrible experience with her today. She refused to say her name, has no name badge to know who she is, refused to call the manager or pass his details and said to me “ my manager is in my head “. I still can’t believe her attitude! Lived there for an year: NOTE: IF YOU LIVE IN 419 KEEP AN EYE ON THE ELECTRIC BILL 1) The property Manager Luke Parker was awful, I reached out for help at multiple instances. Including reaching out to the team, because we were paying the wrong vendor for electricity. 7 months in and we were told oh no someone else gives you electricity and that too when I pushed for it. Very bad The property manager has a very arrogant attitude. He spoke in a condescending manner. Inaction. Shirk responsibility. There is no way to complain against them. No full check-in inspection. There were a lot of damaged furniture when I checked in. If the machine breaks down, it is impossible to repair it. The property manager will just keep you waiting for more than a month and occasionally advise you to make repairs yourself or pass the responsibility on to you. No one is in charge. - Cheating Agency, before confirm the renting, the property agent said the car parking bay was cost 100 pounds per month, After confirmation, they said there were no more car parking rent by them, ask to contact the property parking team for enquiry. The house recently converted from business to residential, and it accommodated many happy residents from variety of backgrounds.The building designed beautifully internally and externally with beautiful planets and view. The residents have access to free gym sauna room and common room. The only downside is the parking space and security.
