Since moving here, it’s been a dream. The building is very well kept, modern, extremely safe. Everyone here is also so welcoming, and I enjoy all the events the building plans for us to build community. A big part of that community has to be Eric at the front desk! He is always willing to help and goes the extra mile for everyone. So glad my boyfriend and I chose Joule house! Only recommendation we have is: can we get a ping pong table?! :)
The location is great, everything is close by, and the building has a really good atmosphere overall. The amenities are always clean and the community vibe is solid. One person who definitely deserves a shoutout is Eric at the front desk — seriously one of the best. Always helpful, on top of everything, and just makes the experience here better. Only request… management please add a ping pong table 😂 that would be fire. Other than that it’s top tier and overall I’m really happy!
The staff is excellent here at Joule House. Eric and Yesenia always go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home. The day we arrived, Eric so thoughtfully had our bags waiting at our apartment door while we signed move in papers in the office. Yesenia always cares about the details and it makes for an extremely helpful concierge service. Esther in housekeeping makes sure the shared spaces are spotless and always has a smile on her face. I haven’t gotten the name of the groundskeepers but they maintain the outdoor landscapes very well. Overall great place to live!
Joule house is a wonderful place. The complex is clean, staff from management, leasing office, cleaning ladies are all amazing. The concierge Eric Perez makes the operation run smoothly. He is always helpful, always in a great mood.

This building is right in the middle of wynwood and the community is one of a kind. The front desk team is so welcoming that my family even complimented them when they were sent up to my apartment. It has beautiful art around the community and it has been a pleasure to be here! A special shoutout to Eric… he might be the best concierge in USA.
Great place to be. Close to all the bars in Wynwood. Clean common places as well as amazing staffs!! Ralphie and E are super helpful, patient and professional from the leasing office. Eric, Ed, and Jesse from Concierge desk are wonderful and greeting everyone with a smile every time! Wonderful community & amenities!! 😊
The Joule House truly stands out! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. sooo happy to call this place home! not only is it a beautiful building in the perfect location, but it has the perfect balance of quiet and activity. It is perfect no matter your preference. The vibe is very peaceful. Everyone that works here is super kind, and I would say even overly hospitable. I’m partial Eric. He is my favorite concierge, but everyone who works here is great. There’s always clear communication. Anybody who happens to be at the desk at the time has been very helpful, and any minor issues have been quickly resolved sometimes by the concierge themselves. couldn’t be happier…
