Terrible experience at this place. I came to this apartment building only once and unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the front desk employees. One staff member was polite, but the other was extremely rude. I accidentally said the wrong floor at first, and when I asked him to send me to the correct one, he looked at me with frustration and attitude, as if I wasn’t allowed to make a simple mistake. His tone and body language were disrespectful and completely unnecessary. If he treats a visitor this way, I can only imagine how he might treat residents or future…
I recently moved into Jardine Hollywood, and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the leasing process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable, which is rare when apartment hunting in LA. A huge shoutout to Juan, Kenz, and Jose for being so helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly, from touring to move-in day. I have been living at Jardine for about a year now and my experience has exceeded my expectations. Pablo/Juan was my leasing agent and helped me through the entire process to make it an easy move in. They provide a separate garage when you move in so your not roaming the hallways with your boxes. The rooftop pool is probably the best in Hollywood, the view, heated pool, spa and pool house. this property is amazing!! I toured these apartments not too long ago and it offers an amazing rooftop. The workers here are super friendly, they greeted me every chance they got. It’s super cleaned and well maintained. I definitely recommend anyone to view these apartments!

Hands down the best apartment building experience I’ve had. The entire team here is so warm and always helpful when needed. Kenz, Keilen, Juan and Jose go above and beyond, the front desk is not only efficient but so friendly and always a hot spot for good conversation and recommendations for people new to the city. Gorgeous amenities, everything is always so clean and so well cared for. When I was looking for my apartment, nothing else came close to Jardine and I’m so glad to call it home!
I’ve been living at The Jardine for some time now, paying close to $9,000 a month for what was promised to be a luxury living experience — but unfortunately, the reality has fallen far short. When I signed my lease, valet parking was explicitly included as part of the agreement. In my opinion, Jardine is hands-down the best apartment building in Los Angeles. And yes, I’m including pricier places like Ten Thousand in Century City and The Park Santa Monica in this comparison.
