Great location, ideal for family with kids
The place is very clean and tidy. It's close to tourist and entertainment areas, and the staff are very professional and helpful. I recommend it .
I love the property and the location is excellent. It’s exactly as presented in the brochure.
I live here and can quite honestly say this is the best apartment building in Majan, good quality, quiet, great gym and pool, great views across the park. Nothing bad to say , I am very happy here.

Splendid quality, amenities, views and very good community!
Meraki Administration team is so lousy. If you are lucky they will answer your call. They sit in Shobha office just to impress the customer and the money. They are the most unprofessional individuals i have ever met in my life. Try contacting them in the number mentioned in attachment and GOOD LUCK. If Meraki have ambition to grow they have to keep dedicated staffs.
I got excited with the project and promising propaganda with the great internal layout, however I have been waiting for my final title deed and keys for a week, the developer doesn’t describe for me what are their internal procedures and keep telling me to wait. I paid a year service charge, the title deed adm fees and all the others payments required from them and I don’t have a reasonable explanation. It’s so frustrating, I need to move as soon as possible and I am losing money, the administration is negligent. Nobody answers the phone.
Beautiful residential building , looks very unique from other developments in majan
