Very nice place to live, windy and nice view
Everyday sight going home. Secluded and nature feels living just at the foot of majestic Mt Makiling. Malamig and mahangin mos of the year. Parang bagyo ang hangin but who would prefer a super hot city than this. Relaxing place to live.
Awesome ambiance. Near the Star tollway. Easy access to the main road and has an acceptable/ satisfactory pedestrian traffic.

I live in ponte verde subdivision. Its near my favorite mountain mount makiling.
This is where the place of my friend located
Very quiet. Strong winds blow from the mountain nearby. Very peaceful. Recommended for some soul searching or a weekend getaway. Complete lack of convenience stores make things hard though.
I personally like the place, too much green and not so crowded.
