I have been leaving here for about 2 weeks now and have had the best experience so far! Sydney has been an absolute dream to work with and is always on top of things! Her communication is amazing as well! I know that we are in good hands here. Everything is brand new and super clean which is also a huge plus!
I had a great experience working with my leasing agent Sydney. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting my apartment. She was always responsive, patient with my questions, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. It was clear that she truly cared about helping me find the right place and making sure everything went well. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness, and I’m so grateful for all the help she gave me. I would definitely recommend working with her!
Fixed the issue in a timely manner. Now I can enjoy the water temperature. The water pressure is still not good for my liking but I believe it could be a shower head issue. I love the property. Very convenient area. High ceilings and doors. NO CARPETING. Just beautiful!!!
I’ve had a really positive experience living at Soltra Bear Creek. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-designed, and you can tell a lot of thought went into creating a comfortable place to live. The amenities are a big plus — the property offers a beautiful pool area, a well-equipped fitness center, and inviting common spaces that make it feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. Outstanding property. The office staff went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were meant without hesitation. The maintenance staff is second to none, quick to respond with professionalism, extremely neat when fixing minor concerns. The apartment is beautiful along with property itself (even under construction). Thank you Soltra Bear Creek for creating beautiful homes.
Ana is amazing, she is very attentive, and I’m extremely grateful for her help. The apartment is brand new, with a clean, modern design. The high ceilings were one of my favorite features. Wi-Fi is provided by AT&T, and the connection has been excellent, I never had any issues. I also really appreciated having the washer and dryer in the closet, it was very convenient. I was initially concerned about heat damaging my clothes, but that was never an issue. The apartment was very quiet overall. The only noise I experienced was from pool construction, which was still ongoing when I moved in. It’s…
The community is well taken care of. The staff is very friendly. Ana was very resourceful , Liz is very charismatic, the maintenance team members are always on point. I love the coffee machine in the lobby. Thank you so much. My concern is that the package room’s door facing the parking lots is always opened. For our safety it should be closed after certain hours ( I am aware is the door for the mailroom and other packages delivery but still a way to enter and vandalize. Another thing, I wish we could have our hallways and stairs much more cleaned. will be very sad that our hallways remains…
I recently moved from Georgia to Euless and couldn’t be happier with my new apartment. The amenities are exceptional, offering both comfort and convenience at a high standard. Coming from living in a house, I’m genuinely surprised by how much I love apartment living here. The height of the unit, the refined finishes, and the overall atmosphere create a modern, elegant, and stylish environment. This has truly been an excellent choice and a wonderful place to call home.
