I had a facial with pimple pricking and was very concerned with the unsanitary handling of the needle. I saw the staff pin the needle directly into the pillow, with only two layers of paper towel in between. This is not sterile and poses a risk of contamination. As a healthcare worker, I know this is not acceptable practice. They should be using a proper medical-grade needle cushion or sterile tray to rest the needle—both for client safety and to protect the staff.

I had an excellent experience with the services given. Last year, I got my warts removed, and it was a very positive experience. All of the staff, including the Lady Doctor, were accommodating. I hope you will continue providing 5-star service. There will be more return customers if you continue to provide excellent service.

They are quite aggressive in selling their services to the client. I find them too expensive with a sub par quality of treatment. Pricing is not very transparent, one of their staff and I agreed that I would get 2,500 worth of basic treatment but ended up being charged with 3,500. Glad they refunded me.
