Update - had to have a conversation with management today … it’s like talking to a wall. If you want to use a function room (e.g. for a birthday party) you have to fill out THREE forms, deal with security TWICE and give them $500. This is their idea of premium customer service for residents. 🙄 Update - I have lived here over a year and they STILL refuse to take the moving-pads off the elevator walls, which makes even punching in your floor an everyday hassle. —- The property is quite nice and the location is fantastic. Looks fancy but a terrible condo. Mosquitos, thin floor and thin walls. Useless management.
This condominium has dengue mosquitoes infestation since Dec 2024. I used to live in ground floor unit of Blk 6. MCST did not take actions despite multiple feedback and denied the existence of it until proven right by NEA whom I’ve invited down for investigations during July 2025. Landlord & agent all denied responsibility and forced me to stay on without wanting to return my deposit despite giving 2 months notice. It has costed me major financial losses from early tenancy termination aside from daily mosquitoes bite. I certainly wouldn’t rent here if I had known. I advise tenant to always…

On the morning of 1 Nov 25, I saw this huge magnificent cruise ship sailed into the waters between Sentosa and the King's Dock. Then it turned around and back into the Spore Cruise Centre. In the evening it was still berthed there. Just wondering when it would set sail again? It's a lovely vessel to behold.
The condo is beautiful and overall a great place to live. However, the system that connects everything through an app can be slightly inconvenient, especially for deliveries. The biggest issue is with their policy regarding the deposit for bulky items or movement. According to the agreement, the deposit is supposed to be refunded within two months, but even after that period has passed, it hasn’t been returned. They only respond by saying it’s “under process” but take no actual action. It’s evident that there’s a lack of proper management in this area
We moved in Nov ‘24 and encountered quite a few nuisances: toilet pipe drainage, kitchen hood fan, shower pressure, wall cracks, slow release of deposit, etc. The developer office were quite responsive to remediate the issues. Jan 2025 Update: Most of the issues have been rectified except they said the toilet drain will likely be a long term issue and we were advised to not throw tissue paper down the toilet which is bizarre. On a positive note, it’s a beautiful building and the staff are all extremely polite and friendly!
everytime when i am at the location, it give me a very refreshing feeling... looking over sentosa , enjoying the breeze.. and the best moment is able to see the sun set
