Ondina at the front desk is always incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents and makes everyone feel valued the moment they walk in. I recently toured NoMi and had the pleasure of meeting Carolyn, and I have to say she completely exceeded my expectations. I asked her how long she had been working there and when she mentioned she was fairly new, I was honestly surprised because she carried herself with so much confidence and knowledge about the community, the apartment homes, and the surrounding Aventura area. Carolyn was absolutely amazing. When I asked how long she had been working at NoMi and she mentioned she was fairly new, I couldn’t believe it. She spoke with so much confidence and knowledge about the community, the apartments, and the Aventura area that I would have thought she had been there for years. She made the entire tour feel exciting, welcoming, and effortless. Her attention to detail and the way she explains everything truly sets her apart. Carolyn is the kind of leasing professional who makes you feel at home before you even move in!!
I loved living at Nomibeach. These past two years were incredible. From the very beginning, we were always very well taken care of. The amenities are great for both kids and adults. I was very happy here and I’m leaving already missing this apartment. We had wonderful parties and the team is amazing.
