Wonderful building, clean, and well maintained. Love that management decorates for the holidays throughout the year. Awesome amenity spaces to enjoy or rent out for events! Pet friendly is such a huge bonus!
It’s our 2nd year at the 268 Nelson and to be very honest, the condo 100% well maintained . Jsnelyn , our Building Manager is doing a fantastic job and keeping a very tight ship for us. The amenities are of very high standard not to mention direct access to Skytrain station which is a super PLUS for us. We have no hesitation to recommend our friends to stay here if they need to find a rental condo. We’ll done
I moved to the Nelson in September and have been very happy with my apartment so far! The natural lighting and tall windows is what drew me to this place originally. I appreciate the secure visitor parking, I’ve booked many overnight passes and never had an issue. Management is kind and quick to answer emails. There is a grocery store and gym nearby, as well as the skytrain - a very convenient location!
I really appreciate living at The Nelson. The building recently organized a Happy Hour event for all residents, and it was such a great experience. The food, drinks, and games created a very friendly atmosphere, and I even got the chance to meet two new friends. It’s nice to see the management team putting effort into building a sense of community. I’m really happy to live here ☺️

100% recommended. Building organizes group gatherings which is a great way to meet other residents, requests are answered promptly, lobby festive decor is just beyond awesome! Loving my stay here :)
Great place to live in! The location is great and amenities are very nice. I have been here since October 2024 and with my partner and dog, and it’s been amazing so far. You do hear the train constantly, there’s nothing that can be done about that, but in my opinion, it isn’t that bad once you get used to it.
The Nelson Building is outstanding! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. A huge shoutout to the building manager — incredibly professional, friendly, and always quick to help with any concerns. Their dedication truly makes living here worry-free and enjoyable.
I bet all 5-star reviews are paid. I never faced worse management than this building has. My neighbours flooded me in September and management told me that it’s normal and there’s no need to do anything about it 🤯 They always were trying to charge me extra for fake reasons. Autopay is required but not working properly. Very loud and low quality building. Train is honking every night. It’s a very beautiful view but too cold apartments because of bad quality windows. There’s a cracks between windows and the walls. I was so happy to leave that I didn’t even care when they charged me for repaint…
