DO NOT MOVE HERE — Not worth the price. This building may look nice during the tour, but there are many small issues that only become apparent after you move in. We experienced a leak that was not our fault and were told to stop using our bathroom for an entire week. No compensation or accommodation was offered. Management also seems intent on charging residents for every possible fee. I set up my electricity service the same day I signed the lease — two months before the lease even started. However, I was later told by management that my electricity account had been canceled by Austin…
11 months into our lease and we've experienced over a dozen fire alarms - many of which were caused by the building itself. Tons of other smaller issues, especially considering the price, but the fire alarms are by far the worst I've ever experienced. If you value your sleep or have any experience with PTSD stay far away. *EDIT* There have also been many scheduled fire alarm testings. This is separate from the many referenced false alarms caused by both building construction and other residents. The claim that "most" of these alarms have been tests is simply untrue.
I’ve lived here for seven months and, I will not renew my lease. Within my first week of moving in (late July), my AC stopped working. During that time, temperatures inside my unit reached approximately 85 degrees. I work from home, so this was extremely uncomfortable with my pet. I had to keep the front door open to get some reprieve from the heat. They installed a small window AC in my room that barely scratched the service and kept the inside at 80 degrees or above. Although management stated the repair was within their 24–48 hour policy due to the weekend, the total time without AC was…
I’m extremely disappointed with how parking is handled at this apartment complex. When I signed my lease, residents were only required to register their vehicles with the apartment itself. Months later, management quietly changed the policy and required residents to register again with a third-party towing company. Because I missed those emails, my car was towed from a secured parking garage that can only be accessed with a resident sticker or gate code. Despite being a registered resident vehicle parked inside a controlled-access garage, my car was still targeted and towed. I was forced to…

My dream spot; wow and wow. The appliances are top notch (smart fridge) finishes are gorgeous and the AMENITIES!!! Now for the staff; appreciate their promptness, professionalism and quality of service and product. Lovely Liz toured me and we had so much fun; y'all are so lucky to have her! Thank you for such a great experience so far!!!!
AMLI North Park is a beautiful newer property with an upscale yet genuinely welcoming feel. The finishes are high quality, and the health-focused features—like low-VOC paints and upgraded indoor air quality—really make this property unique. The location in Mueller is excellent and very walkable to restaurants, shops, and H-E-B. The leasing team is friendly and supportive, and Joseph was especially kind and helpful, sharing just the right amount of information without any pressure. I’d highly recommend AMLI North Park to anyone looking for a healthy, upscale place that still feels comfortable…
Been living here for 5 months now and overall we love this apartment complex! Feels like a five star hotel during the day and night. We have had a few hiccups as you would expect from any new apartment but they have all been addressed and the office staff are super friendly and engaging. In particular Alex, Joseph and Liz and all the managers are super awesome to deal with and have been outstanding ambassadors for AMLI!
I've lived here for about a year now and writing this review as the lease renewal offer came in with a chocking ~8% rent increase, with there having been major problems & already being one of the pricier buildings. I will say that the apartment is nice, I like the finishes and colors. Major points where the value proposition of the high rent falls apart is: 1. fire alarms have been out of control. waking up multiple nights with a horrifyingly loud, false fire alarms is awful, or in the evening when trying to relax. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. 2. Amenities not delivering when I've needed…
