My boyfriend and I recently moved in to the 1 bed 1 bath 810sq apartment and we absolutely love it! I cannot say better things about Sean & Alexis who were so proactive and detail oriented during the move-in process, the staff is so helpful and kind. On move in day there was a minor issue with the bathroom fan and when I called the front office within 10 mins there was a maintenance person here and he fixed it. Very clean community and the amenities sell themselves. Imagine if your favorite resort was your home!
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Arya in St. Petersburg. My interaction with an employee named Alexis was particularly frustrating. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. Questions were either left unanswered or addressed in a dismissive manner. As a prospective/current resident, you expect clear information, transparency, and basic courtesy — unfortunately, that was not my experience. Alexis was amazing throughout my apartment search in St. Petersburg. She was knowledgeable and responsive. Her guidance made the entire leasing process smooth. The property is very nice and our dog loves the dog park.
Sean, the leasing manager at Arya Apartments, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about residents and the community. 2 months in and I am loving my Arya experience. This is my 4th Luxury Apartment experience in 6 years. It is also my favorite. It really does feel like resort living. The amenities are modern, well-kept, and central to access for all the buildings. The walk-ability on an off property is also a huge plus for me. Any maintence needs have been taken care of quickly. The complex feels very safe. And, so far, there’s always parking available. My favorite part is the old beautiful trees on property that they light up at night. This is my favorite place I have ever lived. The apartments have nice layouts and there are so many great amenities. It feels like a resort. The management team is also great. Sean helped me make sure I got the exact apartment I wanted. Any times I have had issues management has helped address them immediately. I would definitely recommend Arya to friends and family.
I moved into Arya two months ago and couldn’t be happier. Where else can you hang out at an amazing pool, use the multiple pool tables, an arcade, and even your own bowling alley? The views are amazing from our building and the one bedroom I rented has a huge kitchen with tons of storage. Not to mention the large living area to entertain. The location is perfect for walking to local spots for shopping and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or drink with friends. Will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for a place!
