Lived here with my gf and moved out due to unforeseen circumstances with me and my ex girlfriend. To be very clear, never did I have an unprofessional relationship with anyone in the office. The girls in the office named Star and Carolyne were always very helpful and professional especially when we were locked out lots of times due to key fob. Other than that great place, calm peaceful and never had any complaints, felt right at home. Would recommend to anyone.
I do not recommend this building to anyone. From start, management was extremely disorganized and there was constant miscommunication about everything. Some members of the management team were kind and helpful, however Estrella was always present. When she wants to be nice, she is, but when she chooses to be rude, she is extremely unprofessional. The only truly good part of the management team was Andri, who no longer works there. The apartment was delivered to us in terrible condition — the bathrooms were dirty, the bathtub was stained, the paint was poorly done, the floors were stained and…
I’ve had a great experience living in this condo. The building is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable — it truly feels like home. Management is responsive and always willing to help when needed, which makes a big difference. I especially want to give a special mention to the management’s team, especially Star who’s really professional and polite. They are amazing — always quick to respond, professional, and very friendly. Every time there’s an issue in my apartment, they fix it promptly and make sure everything is working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a management crew…
Carolyn Ferrer goes above and beyond in every sense of the word. She is highly professional, assertive, and always willing to help. She patiently answers all of my questions and consistently guides and reassures me that I can reach out whenever I need assistance. That level of support truly makes you feel at home. It’s a great asset to have someone like her in the office. I genuinely admire her strong work ethic and her wonderful personality—she always has a smile on her face.

Carolyne and Estrella has helped me get a home! I love their energy and team work when it comes to showing the apartments. I love how nice the interior looks. I would also recommend this residence to anyone.
I really enjoy living at Soleste. The cleaning staff does an excellent job keeping all the common areas very clean, and they always smell great, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. I would also like to highlight the excellent work of Carolyn Ferrer from the leasing office. She is always incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. Carolyn Ferrer is truly willing to assist at any time, always with the best smile and a positive attitude. Highly recommend Spring Garden! The location is unbeatable if you work or study at the UM Miller School or Jackson Memorial Hospital—it’s incredibly convenient. The leasing office team is professional and friendly; a special shoutout to Carolyn, who was amazing throughout the application process. She’s responsive, professional, and made everything seamless. Five stars!
I highly recomend living at Soleste. The building is always clean and organized. The apartments are brand new. They take care of residents if any maintenance is necessary. Big thanks to Andris and Estrella that make my experience great.
