First time to avail the 12D HIFU, Mesolipo, and Exilis treatment. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and guided through the process. A big shoutout to Ms. Jean who assisted me, she was incredibly approachable, hands-on, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She consistently checked on me during the treatment, which made the entire experience more relaxing and reassuring. Went here today and I'm really not feeling well. The staff already prepared the things that I needed for the scheduled procedure that I chose to have. Despite all the inconveniences, they really took into consideration of what I've felt and decided not to push through at first. They gave me water and helped me calm until I can go on with the procedure. Thank you very very much, Glam Essence (Imus branch)! You, guys, are the best! 💗
