Building renovations are great. Management is terrible. If it wasn't for management, this building would be 4 Stars.
Do not park overnight here if you are staying at st Regis . Truck was stolen , despite an overnight guard at the garage and multiple police onsite nearby at the hotel . This area is not safe. The bellhop boy kindly informed us many trucks have been stolen from this garage . Beware if you drive gmc / Chevy . The police presence here is useless & ineffective .
Great place, very nice looking building, one of the security officers or reception guys, is always creeping me out when have to walk past him to get to the elevators on the 3rd floors, stares at women too much it’s uncomfortable
Super clean and parking easy
