There is no clear indication of the parking rate, but I got charged almost $5.93 dollars for just 26min parking. Outrageous.
For anyone considering buying from Onni, I strongly recommend thinking twice. Their poor construction quality and lack of accountability have turned what should have been a great investment into a stressful, costly nightmare.
Parked underground to go to the retail stores. Received parking ticket indicating unpaid parking. Instructions at entrance indicated to pay when leaving, not when you arrive. Gilmore Place & Diamond Parking are careless, negligent or scamming customers. Whatever the case is, avoid parking here. Won't be coming back in the future.
Terrible place to live. Onni refuses to sell parking stall when there are hundreds available. No hot water often, cracks in roof and walls, poor sound proofing, constant technical issues, poor craftsmanship, terrible appliances, and the worst parking lot in the lower mainland.

Looking to lease a retail space here. Contacted the lease agent Perry Mahal several times. He did not even bother to respond to my emails and messages. This poor customer service is unheard of. Avoid this development if you can. It seems there are lots of problems with the construction.
If you’re thinking about buying or renting in this development, save yourself the trouble—and your money. Don’t be fooled by the amenities or the fact that it’s a brand-new build. Behind the shiny exterior is one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the unit was handed over with multiple deficiencies—and the management has taken zero responsibility.
