⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Soléna West Miami I’ve lived at Soléna West Miami for six years, and I want to highlight how amazing Eric, the leasing agent, has been. He’s a big reason I’ve stayed here so long. Eric always goes out of his way to help, communicates clearly, and truly cares about residents. Every time I’ve needed something, he’s been there to accommodate me and make things easy. Soléna is a great community, but Eric is what truly makes it feel like home.
I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience with Erik. Erik has been incredibly supportive and always available to answer any questions I have had. His patience, guidance, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I'm looking forward to being here, and thanks to Erick for his exceptional service and care.
I’ve had a great experience with Beatriz, the lease manager at Solena West Miami. She’s always very kind, attentive, and quick to help resolve any questions or issues. Really appreciate her professionalism and great attitude. Highly recommend!

Everyone who works there is super friendly, respectful, and hardworking — especially Beatriz Viera. The place is quiet, clean, and really nice. I definitely recommend it!
I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Erik. I came in and met him in person, he made the entire process absolutely seamless. Erik has been incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions I had along the way. His support and guidance every step of the way have been truly invaluable. I genuinely hope this is my home for a long time, thanks to Erik’s exceptional assistance.
District West is truly a fabulous place to be in and with some tweaks expected to be made before the end of the year, it will definitely be the go to spot for all! If you’re interested in spacious rooms with home like feel and all the amenities you could need including a 24/7 gym, a playground for the little ones, and a dog park for the furry ones.
The worse condo ever, in my opinion. If I could give a zero stars review I would.It was nice back in 2020 but under the lates management it is awful, in my opinion. I just moved out, and me and my wife both received a penalty of almost $1400 each, for some scammy charges, in my opinion. The place is also dangerous, in my opinion. I have been attacked twice in the past year's by other residents and just some random strangers that are roaming around. The place had problems with dog poo and cleanliness big time, in my opinion.
