It's conveniently located at the intersection of the city's trendiest and most convenient neighborhoods -- Wynwood, Midtown, & Edgewater. The amenities (pool deck has a sweeping view of the city while the gym has ample space and equipment), and monthly community events (movie night, neighborhood promos) enhance the living experience. Furthermore, the property management staff is friendly and responsive, especially Annette with her warm and pleasant demeanor. I think it's safe to say you won't find better value in Miami for your next home.
Since the application process to the moving process and beyond. Anabel has been always available an very attentive. The building it self is super comfortable. The amenities are excellent. I love the fact that most of the building access is automated and we can use the app to give access to a guest or deliveries. The front desk and delivery for packages are using LuxerOne. Which is 24/7. Love it! The area is nice have so many stores available and feels safe.
This building checks all the boxes! Amenities, aesthetic, finishes, and the best of all, the staff! Born and raised Miami & this building reflects all the best parts of this city. Huge shout out to Leo who goes above and beyond for his residents. Definitely the person you have to talk to!
I live in this apartment building and overall the maintenance and day-to-day service were good. However, the experience was overshadowed by unfair and excessive payment-related charges. We notified management by email more than 60 days in advance that we would not renew the lease, yet we were still charged $900 for a 3-day late notice related to lease removal, which felt unreasonable. During the year, rent was only one day late twice, yet we were charged late fees totaling around $720. While the service itself was fine, management seems more focused on collecting fees than being fair or…

AMLI Midtown 29 has a beautiful building. They take care of every details. I've been living here for more than 3 years. Luis, every time I need help always comes with a smile, he is very kind does an excellent professional job.
I love living in this building- I'm currently on my third lease and have made wonderful friends from living in the building and attending community events. Special shout-out to the friendly staff who go a very long way to contribute to the positive experience. Specifically, shout-out to Jose on the maintenance team for his positive attitude, professionalism, efficiency in his work, and handling all tasks related to home repairs in a prompt manner!
I cannot say enough positive things about Jose and the maintenance professionals in our building. From minor fixes to more urgent requests, they have consistently proven to be an invaluable asset to our community. Their work is always prompt, efficient, and done with incredible attention to detail. They never just do a "quick fix"; they ensure the job is done right the first time. Jose came to replace my dishwasher and did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and very courteous about keeping my kitchen clean, he even made sure not to step on or dirty my rug. The installation was smooth, and everything works perfectly. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and respectful manner. Highly recommend Jose for any maintenance work!
