Don’t do it. I suffered for a year here. Paper thin walls, loud disrespectful neighbors, consistant dog accidents in the elevators, kids run up and down the halls everywhere, dogs are constantly barking with lack of owner control, management complains about business practices and business advertising on your vehicle that you pay for in the property parking. They will fine anything and everything. The internet is not optional and incredible slow starting Thursday - Sunday. Many many fees are piled ontop of your lease aggreement.
