First off I would love to say the property it’s self is a very beautiful when arriving, We didn’t have a tour appointment and Emily our leasing agent went above and beyond with providing us great customer service. She listen to our preferences really close and matched all of our needs, most definitely will be considered applying here they are at top of my list. If you go mae sure to ask for Emily she will take very great care of you! 😊
Please don’t go here. I’ve been living in Katy for a while now wanting to look for a new apartment, but the front desk was so rude “ EMILY “and did not make you feel comfortable at all. She made you feel like you were too broke when asking about pricing and trust me, money is not an issue, she was asking if we wanted to tour, but I turned down immediately due to her being very dismissive and just not friendly at all I would rather spend my money and live in another place. I came in this weekend to tour the property, and while the community itself was very nice, the experience was disappointing due to the service. The girl at the front desk, Rachel, was rude, lacked enthusiasm, and gave off the impression that she did not want to be at work. There was very little engagement or professionalism during the tour, which really took away from what could have been a great first impression. The property has a lot of potential, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
We had an amazing experience working with Emily as our leasing agent! From the very beginning she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in answering all of our questions and walking us through the process. She made what can be a stressful experience feel easy and smooth, and we always felt supported and informed every step of the way. Emily is professional, kind, and truly cares about helping people find the right home. We are so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a new apartment. I can’t say enough good things about Emily. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt confident in my decision. Her communication, attention to detail, she was very helpful and always has a great attitude, truly set her apart when choosing my next home. This property is very lucky to have someone like her! Love the property and only recommend getting the another trash compactor for the large community or advising all tenants on learning how to use it properly to keep our community looking clean!
Lenox Katy Creek has been an amazing place to call home. The community is clean, modern, and well maintained, with great amenities like a resort-style pool, a solid gym, and comfortable coworking areas. The staff is friendly and quick to help with anything you need. My apartment is quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location is super convenient without feeling crowded. Highly recommend living here!
RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT: How is every review never found in record. More lies lie lies. As I typed it says I was with my friend who toured you can’t verify anything without a name and date. It happened. the Black manager lady who had glasses was being racist. This is the same Simeon lady in past reviews mentioned of being racist. I also made comment that she was a disgusting person and needed to be mindful of her own skin color. Yes the concern was addressed by multiple people in office at time. I haven’t moved into Lenox Katy Creek yet, but I already feel so confident about my choice because of how amazing the team has been! Theresa has been so kind and patient, always making sure all of my questions are answered. Ashley is super welcoming and makes the process feel stress-free. Emily has gone above and beyond to walk me through every detail and make sure I feel prepared for move-in day. And Rachel has been so thorough and helpful with the leasing process.
