I’m really happy with the service and care I’ve received at VW Dermatology. I got to experience being consulted by both Dra. Ailynne and Dra. Jerraine, and I can say that they are both very caring, attentive, and genuinely concerned about their patients’ well-being. They really helped me with my acne journey and I can say that my face has improved so much compared to before. I have a hormonal imbalance, and one of my struggles is acne breakouts on my face. It has affected my confidence to the point where I'm no longer comfortable going outside. VW products helped me get rid of my acne and made my skin glow.

Not recommended. I was very disappointed with my experience here. The staff were not accommodating and I was just asking questions since it was my first visit but they seem annoyed which made me uncomfortable. Also, the doctor did not seem to be the same as how she portray herself in their social media videos. What you see online is very different from what you would actually get in person. To be honest, the professionalism and service fell way below my expectations.

I visited VW Dermatology early this year for treatment of my acne and acne scars, and I am extremely happy with the results. My skin has improved significantly, and I feel much more confident now. I want to thank Dr. Ailynne and the staff for making me feel welcomed and heard. It truly was a safe space.
