Lack of time management and poor communication If you’re a 1st time customer who want to get a consultation with the doctor then good luck as I waited for more than 4hrs in the clinic without ever getting a consultation because the staff said the doctor was in the other clinic , wasted my half day just waiting and did not offer to reschedule :((( Ps respect other’s time and if you’re not able to accommodate you can always decline or inform to reschedule not letting someone to wait 4hrs in the clinic

There is an option for online appointment. It does not work when I try scheduling an appointment.

Dr. Tanya and her staff have been fantastic! I have had lifelong plaque psoriasis, and TRU DERMATOLIGIE is the only dermatology clinic in the land of gentle people to properly diagnose and treat this disorder.

My experience was terrible, I have no clue about the treatment as I never got that far. This place offers appointment times, badgers you to confirm the appointment the day before and when you show up on time, make you sit and wait as the appointment is not actually an appointment. When raising my concerns I was met with the same "for a while" nonsense that at 1.5 hrs after my appointment time simply was not good enough. When I got annoyed the Dr came out to scold me like a naughty school boy. Highly unprofessional, do not recommend them simply from this experience, the total lack of regard…
