Updated on Oct 31: Finally received the refund check from management —the bank rejected it as invalid and could not cash it. I literally received a check that cannot be deposited… You do not expect to receive a worthless check from a property management company. Yet here we are… Updated on Oct 21: I still haven’t received my refund check as of today AVOID THIS PLACE. There are tons of small roaches you can’t get rid of, coming up from the drains. The rent is way overpriced for this area. After you move out, the management becomes unreachable. No replies, no progress on anything. Some doormen…
Agree with many of the other comments here. I can’t speak about the roaches, but I’ve noticed there’s very high turnover at this building. The strict roof rules, limited gym, and expensive rent probably explain why. It's why I left ages ago. Management—especially Jessica Perez—really needs to improve communication. It’s difficult to get any response to emails.
Echoing the comment below - moved out 7/31 and management has not returned our calls, emails, or security deposits. We’ve secured legal representation to begin claims court proceedings.
I love this tanning place

Cool people love here
Extremely overpriced college dorm room. You're not allowed to bring alcohol or cigarettes on the roof, which closes at 10PM. It’s also closed 6months of the year for no reason. Only two guests are allowed in the building at a time. The ‘gym’ consists of a few dumbbells and treadmills. No machines or even a pull-up bar. If you lock yourself out they charge you $350 to open your door with their key. They make up arbitrary rules at their whim with no prior notice. Breaking any of the rules incurs solely a $300+ fine, meaning Rules Only Apply To The Lower Class.
