This was one of the dirtiest, nastiest shameful apartment buildings I’ve ever toured. I came here interested in renting a unit and will never ever come back here. All the reviews look good and the pictures look good but they are not real. This place is dirty, stinky, garbage everywhere, half the units are vacant, other half are hoarders, there is furniture and trash outside in the walkway. Unfinished concrete, loose drains and pooling water on the algae covered walkways. There is pollution and garbage in the mangrove forest left behind by developers and tenants. What a disgrace. This place…
Every person I spoke with and communicated with at Elvate Dania Beach has been kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From start to finish, the team made the process smooth and stress-free. I’m grateful to be a new resident here—this place is comfortable, stylish, and peaceful. The community has a great vibe, and you can tell management takes pride in how the property is run. Thank you to the entire Elvate team for setting the standard. It made a big difference in my move-in experience.

We love Elevate! The staff is friendly and attentive. Nicolina & the maintenance crew are phenomenal, always very helpful. Anything you may need, Nicolina is your girl!
Veron has been such a great help to me with my move and answers all my questions and the best way possible and in a timely manner. The staff is very polite and always helps me when I need help and is very respectful. Adrian at front desk is also a great help. They work great as a team and I am very happy living at this new building with great amenities and most importantly they make it feel like home
I’ve had such a great experience at the Elevate building in Dania Beach, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing employees, Nicolina and Camila. They are always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with building needs, or just greeting you with a smile, they go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and cared for. Their dedication and positive attitude truly elevate the experience of living here!
I moved into this place a few days ago and it’s absolutely amazing!!! The amenities are top notch and the surroundings are pristine and cleaned everyday. The team at elevate is very genuine and do awesome . Camilla and Nikolina were so helpful through my process and made it stress free ❤️ Annette and Veron were the kindest and most helpful people!!! I am so blessed to have such a gorgeous place to live and amazing people that I can rely on.
