  • I would strongly advise others not to move here. At the end of my tenancy, I was informed of a so-called “communal bill” that was never referenced in my tenancy agreement. I was told I was liable for this charge, and my deposit is now withheld as a result. After looking into it further, I found that other tenants appear to have experienced similar issues, which is very concerning. Scroll through these reviews and you will see. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, particularly with Life Residential’s property management. Communication has been extremely poor, and attempts to…
  • the worst building management in the history of building managements there are stringent completely inflexible rules for everything from accessing your packages to using the gym to using specific entrances - makes it hard to live here without feeling frustrated all the time
  • As the former MD of a major London estate agency, I’m well-versed in how buildings are typically managed across the capital. This review isn’t written lightly, just things I genuinely wish I’d known before moving in. The way this place is run is... different. If you're looking for happier residents, look at reviews for buildings like Principal Tower. Construction: We weren’t told about the 8-storey hotel being built right outside. We viewed one apartment, then were told it was no longer available and offered another “identical” one. It wasn’t - and we had no idea about the 18 months of…
  • In the first year of my purchase, the service charge here went up an insane 67.06%. At no time during my stay did I receive a notice of an increase. There is no consultation about the $551,000 budget until the bill came and Rhodium, the managing company refused to provide an invoice. It is intolerable that the sales office is still selling the property at the previous price I was told when I purchased it. If you don’t want to live with unbearable prices of service fee please reconsider purchasing a house here. Apart from the above, I just want to say a big thank you to the concierge team at…

  • Great building with great facilities. Apartments are overall very good, spacious and well lit, however there are some minor design flaws with interiors and fittings. Shoutout to all the concierge staff, especially the front desk manager Siddiq. Very friendly and helpful, you really feel safe and well looked after in this building, something which is worth paying the premium for living in this building.
  • Great staff & concierge. Really high end facilities. Well cared for & clean. Amazing views.
  • I absolutely cannot recommend living at The Stage in Shoreditch. Sure, the location is incredible and the building looks very nice on the surface level, but underneath the pretty exterior lies an ugly underbelly of a very poorly managed and overpriced building. I will start off by saying the most egregious occurrence was that upon move out, property management informed me they would be taking out £100 per month of my year-long lease, £1200 TOTAL for "communal bills" that had never once been mentioned in the lease agreement or at all during our tenancy. It has now been over 2 months since we…
  • Living in this building feels like being treated like kids in a nursery. The rent is so high, but you get treated like you're paying nothing. The building management company constantly micromanages; getting anything done is always a hassle. For example, getting a key set for private cleaners or other services is a nightmare. They make it way harder than it should be, as if they’re doing you a favour. You'd expect better service for the amount of money we pay, but it’s frustrating and inefficient. If you're looking for a place that values and respects its tenants, this is not it. You can save…
