Do not waste your money in this hospital. The urine/stool containers they give you for your labs aren't even sealed or sterile. My pamangkins worked here before and they told me that the test tubes, urine/stool containers are being washed & recycled. It's better to get treatment from bigger hospitals outside of Tacloban.

Terrible Experience! Disappointing!!! Doctors doesn’t update, unless you go and ask for it. The practice is backwards, unless it’s emergency they won’t do anything. Nurses in ICU aren’t experienced at all. They milk you out until you bleed. If you want your patient to survive and heal, go to other hospitals but not RTR.

Horrible. Tried to get a loved one urgent care here for Pneumonia and they 1) tried to prescribe a young adult a Statin med for slightly high cholesterol (ridiculous) and 2) tried to give Montelukast: a black box drug with many better and safer alternatives, when it wasn’t really indicated anyway. Couldn’t insert an IV, failed four times and when inserted finally then let it infiltrate causing a swollen hand. Didn’t prescribe oral antibiotics when requested and instead pushed IV meds, having already demonstrated an inability to properly insert an IV, most likely to upcharge and make more…
