  • The buck stops with this place at the aesthetics. Their Google rating is artificially inflated by reviews for apartment tours - NOT actual residents. As an actual resident of 1 year, currently battling the leasing company for fair renewal rates that aren’t exorbitant - I can tell you with certainty that unless you will at some point be pulling your hair out attempting to deal with the leasing office. They are apathetic, compassion-less, and couldn’t give less of a care about you as a resident. Their only intention is to fill the apartments, once they’re filled they believe that their smiley…
  • Ppl hang out front allday in they cars or just hangin out scary, it smells like the projects, but the cleaning crew are always on site, a lot of threats, noise from gym, men threathing women and staff does nothing a tenant was THREATHEN to be shot and staff didn’t even check out the situation they said he wasn’t a tenant and there was no proper documentation of him even being allowed in the building that secure…. Yea I know….. but hey it’s a beautiful building just need more attention to tenants and issues and concerns maintence is awesome
  • This building is an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the experience of living in this building has been absolutely horrible. I have outlined my experience in 5 parts: Part 1: Moving In My leasing agent Tareya Turner repeatedly confirmed that the loading dock and freight elevator were reserved for my move-in. When I arrived on move-in day, neither the freight elevator nor the loading dock were reserved. When I asked the concierge, he did not seem surprised that Tareya Turner failed to complete this simple task. Part 2: Parking Once again, Tareya Turner failed to reserve a parking spot…
  • I am extremely frustrated with living in gallery 64 and its management. Some of the residents treat this building like trash and they do not respect the rules AT ALL. I've had a consistent problem on the 7th floor of it constantly smelling like bad cigars/smoke. I've complained to the leasing agents for the past 2-3 months about residents smoking and all they do is sent notices and empty promises of termination of leases. None of them actually try to rectify the problem and actually fine the perpetrators. Nor do they bring fans or blowers to the 7th floor to help circulate CLEAN AIR. This has…

  • From my first meeting with Elyse Hunter ( leasing agent ) for my tour visit. My concerns were immediately put to rest. Her professionalism and knowledge about the architecture of the building calmed my uncertainty. As she was walking me through the apartment building showing me the Luxurious amenities. Elyse was very kind understanding and providing over the top customer service; my experience thus for has been top notch. Her co-worker Micheal and the concierge was equally amazing. I made no mistoke signing a lease here at GALLERY 64 and I'm beyond excited to finally move. Kudos to the staff…
  • Living at Gallery 64 has been such a positive experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to the concierge, Ta’Nye. She has an incredible gift for making every resident feel seen and valued. Im often shocked by how she remembers the small details about the residents that create a true sense of community and attention to detail. Every interaction with Ta’Nye is uplifting. She’s always cheerful, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Whether it’s managing multiple resident needs at once, assisting with package pickups, or simply greeting you with genuine warmth after a long…
  • As a case manager, I am amazed at how we where treated at Gallery 64. The Leasing Manager(s) were courteous, and professional. I would urge everyone to visit the building, and make an informed decision to move in. Moving in was smooth, with no hassles. I understand some people might have had different experiences, but I would ask a those who have to give Gallery 64 a chance. Praise to Tino for his extensive help with my client.
  • I just took the most amazing tour at 64 gallery. It was awesome. My tour guy and Leasing agent with Tino. He was magnificent. We started off with free coffee and snacks.
