A wonderful place to stay when you are in Ho Chi Minh City.
Unfortunately people can do construction everyday if they want in their apartment - all you have to do is fill out a form at reception - nobody checks the type of work being done and the noise inflicted on nearby residents. A lot of contradiction from management.

The management and security do not follow their own rules. They target foreigners for violating pet rules while allowing local pet owners to do whatever they want. Management ignore all complaint emails and then send violations for things outside our control. Do not live in this building if you have pets. You will be constantly harassed by the security guards. There are rules for foreigners and rules for locals (which they are allowed to ignore).

The management is just a big fail…. Holiday planning ? Nope! Flexibility? Nope! English? Nope! Pool Cleaning on the weekend? Yes! Because nobody want to use the pool at the weekend…..
