I recently toured 55 Broad and had a great experience working with Nathan - He was truly helpful in showing me all available options and very responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend that if you do tour here, you do request to work with Nathan!
55 Broad Street Residences is a textbook example of a building that looks impressive on the surface but is utterly mismanaged behind the scenes. Leasing and management are effectively unreachable — written inquiries are routinely ignored, no matter how many times you follow up. The utility situation is outrageous. Every unit is saddled with its own electric hot water heater, HVAC system, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fully electric appliances. The result? Astronomical energy bills stacked on top of already “luxury” rent. None of this is disclosed before signing. And because the building is…
Not worth the price. Rose Management is unresponsive and offers no compensation for ongoing issues. • Mouse traps throughout the building. • Frequent hot water problems and strange water taste. Each apartment has its own water heater, causing extremely high electric bills. • Major electrical wiring and outlet issues. • No individual mailboxes — all mail kept in one open box, compromising privacy. Cause missing mail a number of times. Management says they were “approved” for it. Just because you were “approved” for this it does not make it right. Just moved a month ago, garbage is not removed for days, 2 days and the garbage is still sitting here. Was never told before moving that there no mail box or that it was still under construction. They don’t clean or vaccum the hallways. It’s dirty and nasty and cigarette ash on the carpet.The package room is a mess, Can never find any package's and when you address with the front desk, they say their short staffed and when you email management there is zero response. Do yourself a favor and move out before you move in if anything.

This building is the epitome of gilded - beautiful on the outside and falling apart inside. The mail system is completely broken with packages and important documents constantly disappearing, the water is undrinkable (and unsafe) , showers are cold, and amenities have hidden fees they don’t tell you about upfront. Diane has ignored issues raised by MULTIPLE residents. My electric bills are also outrageous for no apparent reason and I’ve had mice in my unit, something the building also handily asked me to keep on the down low. One of the elevators also shakes. This place is a complete scam.…
Beautiful amenity came with free pets if you like mice.. you can see them and traps everywhere: rooftop, basement, your home… Rodenticide is sprayed in the common areas without prior notification to residents. Be cautious if you have children or pets. Don’t believe the leasing agent tells you rodents issue has been resolved. The dead mouse photo was taken last week.
great location, they have a beautiful gym, rooftop pool, liv concierge is awesome and 24 hour door man service. Leasing team is very helpful and friendly. Large variety of units ranging from all different types of unique layouts.
