It's a RIP OFF!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT HAPPENS TO BE SIMPLE ALLERGY. TURNS OUT TO BE 11K BILL ON FIRST VISIT. WONDER HOW MUCH IT WOULD IF I HAD TO VISIT BACK FOR FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. PROBABLY ANOTHER 10-15K. THE DOCTOR MIGHT BE VERY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED BUT CHARGING 10K FOR SIMPLE ALLERGY SEEMS TO BE TOTAL RIP OFF. DO AGREE WITH FELLOW REVIEWERS WHO LEFT SIMILAR REVIEW. If you're struggling with acne or just want clearer, healthier skin, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Busa’s clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of professionalism and genuine care. The staff were welcoming, the clinic was spotless, and most importantly, Dr. Busa made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. First of all before you visit this clinic, the head dermatologist, Michael Busa or whatever, is super SUPER ARROGANT. He keeps going on and on about the only certified dermatologist in lapu-lapu city, like okay we got your point. In my experience, the doctor feeds on your insecurities to make you undergo UNNECESSARY facials (with pricking which hurts so bad) and laser treatment (which cost a lot). Poor customer service on their facebook page. I believe it's normal for customers to ask and clarify things especially as someone who lives far off the city. They respond with vague and indirect responses, slightly sarcastic and unwelcoming. Please improve this. Thank you.

I find their facial unhygienic, just because the gloves that were used on my face were also used in plugging the chord of the machine. The tools or apparatus used are somewhat not in good condition.
