22/2/2026 Please avoid this apartment, very bad. There is new management and a new security guard. At Level 6, there is a leisure area and gym. There are tables and chairs provided for people to relax, eat, and have drinks. However, the new management says that Eating and DRINKING are Not Allowed. If that’s the case, what are the tables for? There is also no notice in the lift or on Level 6 informing residents about this rule. Interestingly, people are still allowed to DRINK inside the gym. The new management’s policy seems inconsistent and confusing.
THEY HAVEN’T REFUND MY DEPOSIT MOVING IN RM 500, ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS ! The staff said it would be processed on the 30th, but now it’s already mid-February and there is still no update. Very disappointed with the service. The staff were rude and unhelpful. When I asked for an update regarding my processing fee deposit, they simply told me to ask the boss instead of checking properly themselves, which completely wasted my time coming there. AVOID This place if you are renting. You'll never get your moving out deposit. We've been requesting for ours for the last 3 months and after MULTIPLE EMAILS and "Escalation' we haven't received it still until today and the likelihood of getting it this month (4th month) is HIGHLY UNLIKELY. Such a ridiculous company that seems to be scamming people. Does it really take MONTHS to process a refund?
THEY HAVEN’T REFUND MY MONEY, ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS! Avoid this developer Kirana Kemajuan! have not received my moving out refundable fee of RM500 which are supposed to be refunded October 29th. Why do I have to chase something that is owed to me?? Edit: refund received Dec 22, long overdue, please pay on time next time.

Been living here for a year, here is my feedback: Pros: 1. Close to LRT, KTM. 2. Windy. 3. Near Hero Market for grocery and eateries. 4. Condo's gym is nice and well-maintained. Cons: 1. Lift always broken. 2. Always saw the cat food/blank packages left on the floor to feed the stray cats. P/s: you can feed but please take care of the environment and don't cause extra jobs to the cleaner. 3. Lost parcel. 4. A lot of dust as near to the highway and windows' soundproof quality is bad.
Pixel City Central Condominium is a fantastic place to live! The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The building is modern, with great amenities like a pool, gym, and 24/7 security. The management is friendly and responsive, making it a comfortable and safe place to call home. Highly recommend!
We’ve been living in our condominium for a while now, and we absolutely love it! Honestly, it’s the best place we’ve ever called home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the LRT station, which makes getting around the city so easy. Plus, having Hero Market right nearby is super convenient for all our grocery needs. What really makes it special are the amenities around us. There are plenty of cozy cafes and nice restaurants where we often hang out, and a lovely park that’s perfect for evening strolls. Very close to LRT Salak Selatan only 50m walk. Have swimming pool, gym, sauna, playground at rooftop. Have 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms.
