Joy is amazing. From the day we walked in for a tour, to routine maintenance- she has always been there for us. We are extremely pleased residents of the property. Any issues have been handled promptly and with extreme care. The leasing staff is great and knowledgeable. We are thankful for Joy and the staff of the property.
Mike was fast and efficient at helping me setup my curtains and in helping with some other adjustments. It’s good to know the maintenance team works quickly to get things done and in a professional way!
I have lived at Bexley Silo Bend for several years and recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Nations. I feel very safe in this neighborhood and walk my dog after dark almost every night. The maintenance crew is top notch. Joel is great! He’s been here for the entire time I’ve lived here and takes care of any request I have, most times within a few hours, and fixes it correctly the first time. Recently Mike M. unstopped my sink late in the day a hour after I put in the request. A few years ago I had an issue with my a/c and it was fixed on a Saturday night. I’ve never had an…
I’ve lived at Silo Bend for 3 years now and love it! The amenities are routinely maintained, have been recently upgraded, and the office staff is very responsive. I recently had a leak in my apartment, and Kevin and Mike were amazing! They came out 2 days before Christmas and worked so that I would have a functioning washer over the holidays.

both times we’ve needed maintenance here it’s been super quick and friendly. Mike + maintenance had us a new dryer replacement in less than 24 hours :)
I love living at Bexley! I have now been in 2 different units through my time here. I also **LOVE** the new management team as well as . and our maintenance team (also loved Cody and Brooke when they were at this property). Everyonr is always ready to help and get a solution/answer right away. Also, they did the cutest Halloween mums event and it was so sweet! Love my flowers!
My partner and I have been living here for a few months are our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Cody helped us find the perfect floor plan that had everything we wanted, and they were able to hold it for us for a few weeks until our previous lease was up. Maintenance requests have been handled extremely quickly, the grounds are very well kept including the common areas and hallways/staircases, and the community feels very safe and welcoming. I lived at Bexley for about 18 months and greatly enjoyed my experience. The office staff (Cody, Brooke, and everyone else i interacted with) is very approachable, maintenance is hardworking, location is great, and the rent is reasonable considering Nashville's boom in rent rates. Parking in the back lot is wonderful, never had a problem finding a spot. Residents are respectful. If these points sound great, give Bexley a call!
