I went to JCI Skin Clinic for a consultation about my mild acne. They recommended the Aerolase procedure, which was very expensive. I trusted their advice and spent over 30k, but not only did it not help, it actually made my acne worse. There was no visible improvement at all. It felt like they were more focused on selling treatments than providing real solutions. WORST CLINIC EVER. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I called in to get an appointment scheduled for consultation as I was interested in getting an undereye treatment. I ask if they offer free consultation and the lady I spoke with said they don’t do that. So you expect me to purchase a treatment online and hope for the best? I initially called in to get a consultation because I wasn’t sure which Treatment would be the best option for me because the clinic offered different types of treatments for the undereyes. I swear some clinics are just money hungry. 🙄

I LOVE JCI SKIN CLINIC AND DOC JOANNE! Been going here for over a year and yes the treatments are effective! I keep coming back for the results, professionalism of staff, and friendliness and expertise of Doc Joanne. With a dental clinic connected, JCI truly has it all. 🤍 The new frozen yogurt machine is a must try for all froyo lovers + delicious cafe.

The best experience I had so far at a skin clinic: focused entirely on the patients safety, welfare and good health. The equipment and products are very good, the methods used are as little invasive as possible. Really friendly staff at the reception desk. Dr. Joanne Capulong-Indab was kind and considerate and answered all my questions and put me at ease about my treatment. Overall I was very impressed with the clinic and very happy with my treatment. PLUS! They’ve open their own Cafe and Dental clinic. Now it’s a one stop shop for BEAUTY, RELAXATION and DENTAL Health care. JCI SKIN CLINIC!
