If you’re applying with NYState Lottery apts because you’re low income or have a disability PLEASE DO NOT APPPLY HERE. I applied back in 2018-2019 and they barely contacted me February 2026 forced me to run the freezing streets to get all their documents from HRA Social Security HASA etc just for Ariana to play email tag with apt videos demanding I pick from their studios when I applied for a 1 bedroom. I asked if she had a one or 2 bedroom and she claimed my housing agency only covered a studio. Then she called me just to inform me that while I was busy running the freezing streets putting…
This place is infested with roaches, several residents have gotten attacked by unhinged tenants. There was a near riot in the building with people that didn't live here. Management does nothing to put trouble makers out. Rent here at your own risk and keep 911 on speed dial, they're always here. This is NOT a smoke free building, people smoke in their apartments and Management does not enforce the no smoking policy. I was denied having an apartment tour 3x upon request. Sandra, mentioned a lot of classist jargon, pointing out to those who are poor/formerly homeless in the building as if to warn that Theres undesirables here. Which is also a stigma placed on voucher holders. Her assistants and security guard didn’t properly reschedule when I had come in person for a scheduled tour, and gaslit me into believing I made it all up. They are taking money from the city/state to “accommodate” mixed income families and yet are disparaging us to other residents and potential applicants.
I had a 10am tour scheduled. And Elyse was very rude, and pretended the appointment didn’t exist when it was booked with Sandra. They weren’t professional didn’t allow me to reschedule and are classist towards low income folks claiming “Theres homeless sections here” they lost out on a vital tenants. 3 times they denied me a tour.

Overall, we are very happy with the building and staff. The assistant manager, Emir is outstanding. The amenities, the outdoor space, and the Views are fantastic. I’ve been leaving in building over two years, I’m very satisfied .
I’ve been living here for 2 yrs now. My daughter and I love it, and I know my son who was just born will love this building and neighborhood as well. The management office is downstairs right next to the gym. Emir (The AGM), is very friendly and very helpful, he's my go to guy whenever I need paper work or have concerns about anything. I’m really happy I made the decision to move be here.
Management is very pro active. The concierges rate A+ The view from My windows are spectacular
I have been a resident of Riverwalk Park since 2021 and it has been the best experience so far! Besides living in a beautiful neighborhood, this building is ran and maintained by great management. Emir is always available if I have any questions and is super patient and helpful, the maintenance staff keeps the building in tip top shape and the concierge staff are always pleasant. I am happy to call RWP home, everyone here lends a hand in making this a welcoming and safe environment to live.
