The Dime is a great place to live! The staff are very reliable, and the amenities are great as advertised!
Je recommande à 100%! Vue impressionnante, personnel très gentil et flexible, et les amenities sont super, surtout l’été avec le rooftop. Un gros plus sont les cours de sport de Lauren! Le seul point je dirais c’est que les fenêtres nécessiteraient d’être plus nettoyés, mais pour tout le reste c’est génial!
I've lived in NYC for 9 years and this is my favorite apartment, by far. The building has top of the line units and amenities, and extremely friendly and reliable building staff. Unlike some of the other new construction in the neighborhood, the 1 BR units are spacious and truly "bedroom" sized. Excellent views all around and you can't beat the 1 minute walk to the JMZ.
Great place to live!! Pros: The location, amenities(basketball court), staff and the views! Cons: Apartments could be bigger, but it's made up by huge amenity areas. Advice to owner: Vacuum the hallway of each floor more often. And the windows can use some cleaning, especially windows on the 5th floor and front main entrance.
