Chelsea at Arbor Mist at Wayforest Apartments deserves all five stars! I’m incredibly grateful for Chelsea’s help during a very stressful, last-minute housing situation. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth, quick, and reassuring. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to jump in and assist on short notice truly made a difference for me. I have been a resident of this property since they opened. Since then it has been hell trying to get in touch with anyone in the office. The business hours are supposed to be 9 to 5 but the sign on the door states that they are closed. The dumpsters are always full with trash. People don’t throw the trash in the dumpster they just leave it on the side of the dumpster. They leave trash in the parking lot as well. The kids are always running up and down the hallway making a bunch of noise. The people that stay under me have a dog that they leave outside 24/7 and all it does is bark. Recently I…

Please RUN. The people they hire are liars and thieves. They dont take care of the building. They dont answer the phones and the management company refuses to have valid contact information for anyone to reach out. The pictures are not just here & there trash this is what the grounds look like everyday!!!! That chicken bone has been sitting in my apartment hallway for two weeks. TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT. Its disgusting, dont rent here
Management is very professional and sweet. Any maintenance issue is handled very quick and fast. Meeting Angelica and Kaniya was divine intervention. Their patience, care, and humor transformed a hellish experience into a pleasant one. I am forever grateful‼️Been here a few months and it has been great. I will definitely be referring Family and friends to The Arbor at Wayforest.
I applied here and everything went smoothly amber got me in and out ! good communication and she was very helpful throughout the entire application. and the location is very up to date and new renovations and new management !
Do not waste your time here! I pay to much to walk out of my apartment everyday to be EXTREMELY TRASHY, like i live in a run down, 2nd chance dirty apartment complex. People don’t know how to control their children and the adults and kids are nasty, you would think ppl would keep the place nice where you live at but they just trash it every single day, They purposely OVER CHARGE ME AND POCKET THE MONEY, i spend over 11 hundred dollars for this nasty place, don’t get me wrong the inside of the apartments are beautiful but the people are NASTY!
