DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL!!! I will never shop here again. They make you believe you are signing up for rewards that is FREE which is false! A month later you will be charged $11.99. I called and reported them to my bank and called their customer service center. I was told they would cancel the recurring charges on their end and he mentioned a pamphlet that had how to access your account and I was never given anything at the time of purchase. They are running a scam in hopes no one notices the charges on their account.

Don’t give these people your personal information or email address. They will sign you up for a “FYE membership” without letting you know that you will be a charged a monthly fee. This is beyond unacceptable. Absolute scammer behavior. I have half a mind to report this store to the Business Bureau.

Terrible customer service! The girl who works there has a bad attitude. I told my husband I didn't want to go back there until they have a new employee. Don't go to that store; that girl with the green hair is always angry when someone asks her a question.

Don't use a credit card here. They will ask you if you want to sign up for a backstage program that they say is "free", but it is not. Always use cash and if you have to pay with a CC, dont provide ANY details, like email, name, etc. Even if they say this is free, they are lying. I was told this was not a membership and its free of charge. Then got an email thanking me for joining and what my monthly charge is. I have canceled via telephone and thru email but now I need to wait to see if its in fact canceled.

I literally come here everytime because of Liv. She is soooo amazing and helped me make a tough decision purchase. Ask for her every time it's worth it. 100000/10 because of her.

If I could rate it a zero, I would. The relentless salesman wouldn't take no for an answer, withheld information about the VIP membership until after I had paid for my items and manipulated me and my partner's friendliness. Do Not Shop Here! Colton was the salesman, bragged about how good of a salesman he was, and tried to play up the pitch like he was doing is a real favor. When we tried to cancel it online, it was a hassle. Will be keeping an eye out for any charges even after we ended the membership.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY. Was told the membership was free and it wasn't. The other dude working there signed me up for a magazine telling me it was for discounts, barely explained anything. This happened a while back and I got the membership canceled, but apparently it doesn't cancel the magazine sub so idk how much money I've lost to that. I help take care of a pretty big family and many have health issues, I can't afford this. When I came in to buy something nice for myself those two lied to my face and it cost me. They were kind to me but only bc they…

Worker is rude, he kept saying the fye membership is free until the next month and when I asked if I could cancel in person he said he couldn’t do anything about it and said it was my problem I didn’t want to save any money. All I asked is if I could cancel it in person but I can do it online and gave me attitude. I don’t know if they make commission off the memberships but he’s always pushy to the customer to sign up to save 10% without letting them know they have to pay after the month since their card is on file.
