We were a group of 30 staying here. Special thanks first to Atif Ahmad (Manager on Duty) at the front desk he's a senior gem who made our hotel check-in seamless and arranged a very very good breakfast & Indian dinner for us that we all loved. We also loved our three fantastic buffet dinners at the rooftop restaurant. The food was outstanding especially the special Indian meals prepared just for us. We had an absolutely wonderful anniversary stay at Tumbi Hotel Palm! The rooms were amazing—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The facilities are excellent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made our celebration feel extra special. The service truly stood out. My stay at Tumbi Hotel Dubai – The Palm was an excellent experience in every aspect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location is perfect on the Palm. I would especially like to commend the front desk staff during the morning, evening, and night shifts. They were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to the hotel management and all staff for the warm hospitality. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Lovely hotel, in the perfect location. All the staff are great, deatox staff so friendly and helpful and great muffins and juices!! Lovely team and the acai bowl was amazing. All the staff in hotel are great, polite and very helpful. The Breakfast server guy I have forgotten his name 😭 but super friendly so chatty and couldn’t do enough for us. The only negatives we would give this hotel are there’s only 5 sunbeds in the rooftop pool, BUT we did always manage to get one when wanted one and can always use the beach access where they have lots, but we do prefer a pool. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
