Nice place to live :)
We were DECEIVED by the landlord & his name “ Saadat Jabrayilzade “ because he is not returning the "security deposit" back to us. We rented from Chelseacreek “dockside house 53” . Even though we kept the apartment new as it was !!! Moreover the concierge won't help us as "a tenant " to get back the security deposit to this day there is no response from the landlord !! It was the worst experience we ever had. It's an untrustworthy, unreliable company !!!
Stayed in a one bed , 'manhattan style' apartment, aka, a flat. It was cramped, kitchen bigger than bedroom, couldn't even walk around the bed. It was boiling hot, with no aircon. The food macerator never worked. It was in a great position, to hop on a tube, and leave. It was damn noisy, unbelievably so, as it is BANG on the last bit of landing, for Heathrow airport. No one in their right mind, with normal hearing, would ever contemplate staying here, let alone living!! People with more money than sense,😁 And being by the river, would only make me want to jump in it. What a waste of money.…
Loved everything about living here. Great facilities, great location, right by Imperial Wharf station that gets you pretty much anywhere, great pubs nearby. Sadly have to move because of my job but hoping one day I'll be back!

Beautiful estate overlooking Imperial Wharf station
It’s not a smoking free apartment. Welcome smokers!!! I’m literally surrounded by shisha/marijuana smokers. The residents smoke publicly in the garden area and their balconies.
A brilliant place for resident.
My favorite development. Apartments are easier to maintain compare to 375 Kensington High Street. Has gym and swimming pool. Location is quite secluded, yet is very easy to get to Central London. River is so close and the air feels significantly clear compare to Kensington.
