It's February 16, 2026 in the gate and mail room are still broken! So ridiculous! It's January 2026 and the gate is still broken after 5-6 months! The mail room door has not worked for approximately 4 months, and no one really seems to care! I'm paying way too much money to live in an apartment complex that does not care about their residents! Why don't the owners respond to the reviews anymore? I really feel like it means that they don't give a crap anymore and they don't want to be bothered.
We have lived Parmore since May 2025. The maintenance man Zyien Is outstanding. He offers to help whenever he sees residents struggling. Zyien is polite and personable. When things break in the apartments it is addressed immediately. Amanda, Skylur, Derik, Zyien are helpful and pleasant with every situation.
Skylur and Amanda were friendly and very helpful. We’re about to get my mom moved in and worked with her to get accommodation for her apartment. 10/10
My mom moved in almost two years ago. The Management staff is outstanding! They care! They listen to residents and have helped to provide a safe happy home! They have incorporated water aerobics, monthly birthday celebrations, they reach out to Anna city leaders to present information on scammers and other safety tips. they have ice cream socials, popcorn and a movie. They encourage and provide residents requested needs to the appropriate city leaders to help move forward with providing the residents solutions to their needs. The office staff and maintenance, could not be any finer! Peace and quiet living here, gorgeous grounds, a little dog park that's cool. And a resident living here, could not possibly feel any safer, living anywhere that I know of! And everything one could need such as groceries, pick up prescriptions, many fast food places, parks, get your car washed, restaurant choices, etc. are within 2 miles which is fantastic.
Nice apartments but to many rules for people who smoke. Can't smoke on the balcony of your own apartment. You can't smoke at the dog park outside where you take your dog to use the bathroom. I mean, really, your dog can shit and piss everywhere, but smoke a cigarette and get in trouble by apartment manager it's kinda ridiculous.
Moved in late December. 2023. The property is well maintained, the office staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance when required is timely and thorough. In addition, the whole complex is very quiet. Lastly, the location is terrific/convenient. This is an update: I’ve now lived in Parmore for going on seven months and my initial take as written above truly holds true. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, courteous and responsive. They maintain the property so it consistently looks good and again, a very convenient location.
My mother moved here in January 2024 and could not be happier with her decision. The fun activities, holiday lunches and monthly birthday celebrations for the residents are amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond for their residents and families. We highly recommend Parmore Anna!
