30 minutes PreSettlement inspection, only allowed 15 minutes in the unit, the other 15 minutes was forced to their onsite rental team’s introduction and registration and accept their rental team’s presentation. Well it’s wired for presettlement inspection. Big developers will host a big cocktail event at Crown hotel for updates of settlement of construction site, settlement team, management team and strata team and service. It’s a good experience. But Billbergia's team do it a compulsory way during PreSettlement inspection. Really impressive!
Good place to buy an apartment many shops around
