New management who controlling community now they are think the people who living there (the nook 1 & 2) it is becoming army base , make people uncomfortable by putting childish rules. also new security are very rude and totally not understand what they doing...
This is a nice and convenient place to stay, near Energy metro and festival plaza. Fairly new building and quiet for the most part. There are alot of families so there are kids playing around but that wasn't an issue for me. What was, is the AC. It is chiller free but, after every few months it would get alot of dust, the apartment got very warm and needed cleaning on the roof, at our expense. Maintenance would say they do not have equipment so we should hire from outside. This was verry inconvenient especially during summer. Second, all apartments dont have powder rooms . So if you enjoy…
I like the apartment, it's close to the metro station and Festival City, which is a convenient. I also like that it's modern, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the installation is really bad, you can hear the loud noise from the road 24/7 which really disturb my sleep. The gym is nice and clean but there are super limited equipments, after moving around apartment in Dubai several times, this is probably the most limited gym equipments I experience, the gym is one of the most important facilities I look into when searching for an apartment and the gym simply doesn't have the necessity…
Great place to live, 2 min walk to energy metro and ikea , dog park, supermarket on the ground floor. Great layout : Walk in closet, laundry room , storage room . Well maintained modern building by Al Wasl!

Great Location with respect to METRO, MALL ,SCHOOLS and Religious Places .. Amazing vibe in there.. GYM , SWIMMING POOL , BBQ Area,Kids Play Area and Leisure area within the building gives great sense of satisfaction .. Security staff/Life Guard/Parking .. Got a chance to view this upcoming apartments from ALWASL,it is a free hold property close to energy metro station . Apartment sizes are small compared to other Wasl developments so as prices.All amenities are in place including gym, pool,parking etc.very convenient for people who work in Jabel ali free zone area.
