Hugely impressed with the service I received. The enthusiastic and talented staff set me up with an awesome machine, some great accessories, and even gave me some basic barista training. If you are seriously into your coffee, this is a one stop shop!

I bought a fantastic coffee machine for over $10.000. Need to change parts from time to time, this is normal. The part I needed cost a low $25. Ask Redback coffee 3 times for the part, after 2 month no reply. So when you spend big money to get your machine you have service. After forget. Rocket Espresso is great coffee machine. But the after service sucks.
